I was introduced to Christy two years ago when I needed a realtor to sell my Lakeway home. She came over, gave me a great review of my home and an estimate of the possible and probable sale, and set up an Open House. My home sold within the first hours of the Open House. That was an incredible story, but one that I figured was just a lucky day.
I then moved into my son’s condo as a temporary location while looking for a new home. Since she was so successful with my home, he decided to sell his condo. She once again listed it for sale, and it was not a property that was as easy to sell as the Lakeway property. However, that did not stand in the way of the Christy Dixon team. Within just a short time, she showed me the perfect home and fortunately, it was ready for occupancy. We made an offer and closed quickly.
Christy is so easy to work with, professional in every way, but friendly and absolutely available to the client. I will absolutely use her again when I need a realtor, and have referred quite a few people to her when asked who I used as my realtor to buy and sell my homes. I recommend her without reservation.
