I keep coming across posts and questions regarding Spanish Oaks, which is located off of HWY 71 and Bee Caves Road. Breathtaking views of the Texas Hill Country are available from every homesite and a 24 hr security staff patrols the confines of this gated community to ensure the privacy and safety of those privelged enough to call Spanish Oaks home. With it’s own golf course, tennis facilities and catch and realease fishing pond, those that live within the community truly do enjoy a life of royalty. Simply put - If you are looking to purchase Austin Real Estate in the $1M plus home market - Spanish Oaks Austin should be at the top of your list.
People keep asking if Spanish Oaks is worth the money. My simple response would be - you can't get what they offering anywhere else in Austin, or central Texas for that matter. I've had the pleasure to eat there a handful of times. The country club boasts 7 course meals that rival any steakhouse in Austin. It is simply remarkable. A big question is all the development that is going up on HWY 71 - with the commercialization around the Backyard and now the Galleria Mall. Sure this may make HWY 71 seem a little tight for the moment but once this is complete the Spanish Oaks Community will still be tucked safely behind a guarded gate but have a plethora of restaurants, banks, movie theatres, boutiques, and stores within 5 minutes of your home.
