Rough Hollow, which has been a beloved cove destination for Lake Travis Boaters for decades, will now play host to Lakeway's new waterfront community offering amazing cliffs with spectacular Lake Travis Views. The project, which has been named Rough Hollow Lakeway, will be home to 350 homesites with lot sizes ranging from 60-100ft in diameter, all providing hill country views.
The following communities will offer everything from production and custom homes, to villas and garden homes and eventually condos. The Enclave, The Villas, Waters Edge, East Rim, The Bluffs, and The Overlook. At the northwest side of the community will stand the cornerstone of the development - Rough Hollow Harbor Yacht Club. This much anticipated Yacht Club will include a clubhouse, concierge and valet services, have a resort-style pool, a coffee bar and deli, a tram to the marina, and a yacht store. The marina will have 13 docks and the monthly premiums to maintain your boat there will range from $315 - $900 month.
Other ammenities that come with living in Rough Hollow include the ability to golf at any of the 8 area golf courses - including the 4 Lakeway courses and Falconhead of FM620. You can also enjoy a game of tennis on of of the 16 courts at the World of Tennis which is located at the entrance of Rough Hollow.
