We are entering the heart of the selling season and the Circle C  Communities are starting to heat up.  The below stats highlight resale homes as of the last 60 days.   

Currently there are 58 resale homes for sale in all of the Circle C communities. These homes  are ranging in price from $249,000 to $740,000(4580 sq ft).  The average time on market for these homes is 48 days.

There are also 68 properties that are in "pending" status which means they are under contract and expected to sell.  These homes range in price from $235,000 to over $600,000 and had an average days on the market of 42 days.

In the last 60 days there have been 28 homes that have sold at an average price of $123.91 per sq ft. The average time on the market for those properties was 30 days, but we expect this to decrease throughout the next 2 months.
