Hi, I’m Christy Dixon, the owner agent of HomesATX and I have lived in Southwest Austin for close to thirty years. I have been in real estate since 2001, originally working with one of the Top 8 Real Estate Teams in Austin. We were the exclusive real estate agents for Stadler Custom Homes of Austin and Lake Travis Builders which allowed me to develop knowledge and comfort in Austin’s high end real estate market.
In the fall of 2006 I decided that it was time for me to venture out on my own and create my own real estate team. So, with the help of my husband Brad who holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame, and the support of my family and friends, I created HomesATX, LLC. Here at HomesATX we are focusing on getting back to the core of every great business – superior customer service. We will give you our undivided attention and treat you as if you are our only client. We are not focused on becoming the biggest real estate agency in Austin, but rather an agency that is committed to each and every clients real estate experience.
I have experience negotiating contracts ranging from $79 thousand to $2.5 Million. Each requires a real estate agents complete attention and commitment. Whether a property is eight hundred square feet or eight thousand, it’s going to be your home – and your home is as important to me as my own.

I want to make sure you fully understand all the steps of this transaction in detail in order to make the right choices for you and your family. We do this by slowly explaining and walking you through this process from “shows to close”. Vikki Goodwin began her career in Real Estate in 2001. Since then she has sold homes all over Austin, as well as Lakeway, Cedar Park, Round Rock, Dripping Springs, Buda and Pflugerville. Her first experiences were with two top producing realtors – one with Re/Max and one with a small high-end brokerage. Now at Homes ATX, she has the luxury of taking what she learned from both the large and small companies and putting it into action for her clients. Candice McKay’s career in real estate started in Austin in 2004 as a Client Support Representative for a national REO maintenance and property preservation company. This year, she became a licensed real estate salesperson and serves as the Senior Vice President for FAS’s operations department. Candice’s philosophy is to provide her clients with as much information as possible to assist them in making sound real estate decisions and to facilitate smooth & timely real estate transactions. She builds her relationships with buyers on a foundation of trust by listening to their needs and preferences – first and foremost. She takes an assertive approach to advertising your listings to minimize their time on the market and provide you with the freedom to pursue other real estate opportunities. A graduate of the Croft Institute for International Studies at The University of Mississippi, Candice earned two undergraduate degrees. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Journalism. Candice is also ranked with the ACTFL for her proficiency in Spanish as a foreign language. When not working, she enjoys traveling abroad and sailing the Caribbean.
Raegan Remington became a licensed real estate salesperson in August 2007. She has lived and worked as a planning analyst in the Austin area since 2001. Raegan provides clients in all price ranges with exceptional representation with honest, open and timely communication. She can help you find the best home in your area within your price range and/or sell your home for as much as the market will bear and as quickly as possible.
